Snow Machines
Froggy's Fog UK stocks snow machines for Christmas events, grottos, stage shows, shop windows and film sets. A snow machine uses a powerful fan to turn snow fluid into a flurry of foam flakes that drift down like real snowfall. Our range runs from a 600 W machine for small venues to a 1500 W machine for large stages and events, and stock orders leave our UK warehouse the same or next working day.
Which snow machine do I need?
Small venues, grottos and shop windows: Eliminator VF Flurry EP (600 W, sprays 2 to 5 m, low or high output, 1 litre tank).
Small to mid-sized venues with a light show: LED Snow Machine 800W SW-3LED (about 8 m³ of snow a minute, 6 colour LEDs, wired and RF remotes, a bracket for stands and truss, 1.2 litre tank).
Stages and larger events: Eliminator VF Snow Flurry HO EP (1250 W, sprays up to 5 m, wired remote, low-fluid shut-off to protect the pump).
Large venues and big events: Digital Snow Machine 1500W SW-D2 (throws about 4 m high and 5 m out, 5 litre tank, wireless remote and DMX).

Pair your machine with the right fluid
Use water-based snow fluid made for snow machines. Froggy's Fog Snow Fluid is an extra-dry formula that makes fine flakes which float a long way and evaporate within about 30 feet of travel. It's non-staining, made for outdoor use, and comes in 5 litre bottles. Add a scent additive such as Gingerbread, Holiday Spice or Peppermint for a festive smell: half an ounce (about 15 ml) for every 3.7 litres of fluid.
Indoors and outdoors
Mount the machine high, on a stand, truss or balcony, so flakes fall over a wider area. Outdoors, keep the machine dry and use a suitable outdoor power supply. Indoors, heavy use can leave hard floors damp and slippery, so keep the snow away from walkways and stairs.
Using a snow machine safely
Use only snow fluid made for snow machines, never run the machine with an empty tank, and switch off and unplug it before refilling or moving it. A safety data sheet for every Froggy's Fog fluid is on our Chemical Safety page.
UK delivery
Machines in stock are dispatched from our UK warehouse the same or next working day, so there's no waiting on imports or customs. All machines are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Snow machine FAQs
How does a snow machine work?
A pump feeds snow fluid to a nozzle, and a powerful fan turns it into a stream of light foam flakes that drift down like falling snow.
How far does a snow machine throw snow?
From 2 to 5 m for the VF Flurry EP, up to 5 m for the VF Snow Flurry HO EP, and about 4 m high and 5 m out for the Digital Snow Machine 1500W.
Does machine snow leave a mess?
Froggy's Fog Snow Fluid evaporates within about 30 feet of travel and is non-staining. Heavy use can leave floors damp, so keep flakes off walkways and stairs.
Can I use a snow machine outdoors?
Yes, in dry weather with a suitable outdoor power supply. Our Snow Fluid's extra-dry formula is made for outdoor use, and the Digital Snow Machine 1500W suits large venues and events.
Can I control a snow machine remotely?
The LED Snow Machine 800W and Digital Snow Machine 1500W come with wireless remotes, the VF Snow Flurry HO EP has a wired remote, and the Digital Snow Machine 1500W also has DMX.
